Refund and Returns Policy

At Sears Essentials, we want you to love your Slide-n-Lock products. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

7-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, products that have been used cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@searsessentials.in with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — return shipping is on us in these cases.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every Slide-n-Lock sealer carries a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. This covers faults in materials or workmanship under normal household use; it does not cover ordinary wear, misuse, or damage from improper use.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email info@searsessentials.in with your order number and reason.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective / wrong / damaged items: we cover return shipping.
  • Change of mind: the customer bears the return shipping cost.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Cashfree). For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via UPI or bank transfer to details you provide.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable except for defective/wrong items.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch at no charge — email us as soon as possible. Once shipped, the return process above applies.
