These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of slide-n-lock.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from it. The Site is owned and operated by Sears Essentials (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Products & Availability
We sell reusable bag sealers and related products in India only. We make every effort to display product details, colours, and sizes accurately, but actual products may vary slightly from images on screen. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely through Cashfree. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD), on which a 1% handling fee applies, shown at checkout.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order affected by an obvious error, even after it is placed; any amount paid for such an order will be refunded.
Orders & Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm receipt by email/SMS, but a contract is formed only when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, or inability to deliver to your address. Where we cancel a paid order, we refund the amount paid.
Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Delivery timelines, charges, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
Product Use & Care
Our sealers are intended for normal household use to seal bags for storage. Follow the usage guidance provided. We are not responsible for spoilage, leakage, or other loss arising from improper use, overfilling, unsuitable bags, or use beyond the product’s intended purpose.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including the Slide-n-Lock and Sears Essentials names, logos, text, images, and graphics — is our property or used with permission and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our prior written consent.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to place fraudulent or speculative orders. We may suspend or terminate access for any misuse.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded by law.
Privacy
Your personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
